I forgot to mention in the recent update I've yet again changed the homepage logo. It's not a manatee, but it is wearing red! Those who know me would quickly be able to identify that fine fluff as Korei: the same Korei that's been on the homepage for basically ever. "But what's with all the fur and stuff?" I hear nobody asking. Well, Korei actually started off looking like that years ago. I drew her human more recently because people drive me to do these things. Anywho, enjoy the blog. -RHM

Well, what do you know: I've returned the blog back to the way it looked when it started. The last theme was actually retired by WordPress, and I decided that it was a bit too hectic. Back to the star background! I tend to neglect this blog, but I promise to bring you Summit Park Mall updates as they happen. I might even have other random bits, too. -RHM

So, I was at the Summit Mall yesterday...and I didn't even see an orange cone. I'm still going to believe that they're going to meet their schedule: I don't think Wheatfield will allow a slip-up. In other interesting news, there's a "Now Leasing Space" sign in front of the mall with Cynthia Potts' name on it. Maybe the interior will open? All I know is I had another Summit Park Mall dream last night, and I'm really hoping for a Christmas miracle with this mall. -RHM  

It's been confirmed (by me) that construction on the Niagara International Sports and Entertainment dome is set to begin as early as next week. I can also say that the dome has been booked for games in November, so this sets the October completion day in stone. Isn't this Exciting? -Red Hooded Manatee

Well, still no construction, but somebody broke into the Summit Mall. A couple of teenagers  caused about $600 worth of damage to the security system. Am I mad? Of course I'm mad! How did they get through an unsecured door? What door on that building wasn't secured? In the meantime, I would love to know why construction hasn't started on the sports complex yet... -RHM
