I was starting to think the Summit Mall was never going to reopen. I accepted its fate, and was moving on to other things. Okay, I'm lying: I had another dream last week that the mall reopened. It's getting so bad that even in my dreams I'm like "I need to take pictures because this'll only last like, four minutes!" Well, I was so, so wrong. If all goes according to plan (oh yeah, the "P" word), the Summit's getting a brewery. That's what the talk was yesterday at the hearing. What hit me the most was the October 1 opening date for the sports complex, which you may notice is the same date as last year. We are exactly 1 year behind schedule.
