Cocov looking for more Tax Breaks
Zoran Cocov is looking for a PILOT program for his domes, according to the Buffalo News.
Long story short, Cocov is looking for more money to protect this project.
What new news have we learned?
Well, first of all, the domes might not be built at the same time. Apparently National Grid has to move the electrical service.
Also, the Save-a-lot is closing by the end of the year. That's either because they want out, or they're being priced out. Either way, interesting turn of events.
This brings up an interesting point: I'm not sure Cocov wants Sears and Bon-Ton to stay. They own their buildings, though, so that creates and interesting scenario.
Side note: I'm working on a video for Sheepie Niagara. It's not the Summit, but it's a shopping mall nonetheless!
